Homework

It is our belief that parents play a vital role in the education of their children. All our children will receive a homework diary. Our homework system creates opportunities for the parent to work closely with the child to support them in key areas of work.

There are weekly spelling tests and times tables tests. We encourage parents to listen to their children read every night. Teachers will comment on your child’s progress and behaviour in the homework diaries and we encourage you to use them as a way of communicating with your child’s teacher.
